In re Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Securities Litigation

On June 8, 2022, Labaton Keller Sucharow was appointed lead counsel in a securities class action against Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (Ericsson).  The action alleges Ericsson make false and misleading statements by failing to disclose that it paid bribes to the Islamic State group, also known as ISIS, to gain access to certain transport routes in Iraq.

The case is In re Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Securities Litigation et al, No. 1:22-cv-1167, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  Labaton Keller Sucharow represents Plaintiff Boston Retirement System.
