Casimir O. Szustak is an Associate in the Delaware office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Casimir focuses his practice on representing investors in corporate governance and transactional matters, including class action and derivative litigation.
Casimir assisted the team that secured a historic $1 billion cash settlement in a suit against Dell Technologies. He is actively prosecuting shareholder litigation against Pattern Energy Group, among others.
Previously, Casimir served as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk at the Firm. Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, he worked at the Delaware River and Bay Authority as a Legal Intern and was a part of the Association of Corporate Counsel Greater Philadelphia’s Diversity Corporate Summer Internship Program, where he participated in pro bono work.
Casimir earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was Staff Editor of the Widener Law Review and the recipient of the Certificate of Achievement in Advanced Corporations. He was also the Secretary of the Delaware Law Student Bar Association and a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association – Young Lawyers Division. Casimir received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the West Chester University Pre-Law Society.
