Changyeun (Chang) Hahn is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP.  Chang focuses her practice on litigating securities fraud class actions on behalf of institutional investors.

Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Chang focused on securities, antitrust, and data privacy actions.  She began her career as an Associate at Winston & Strawn.  

Chang’s pro bono experience includes representing a class regarding unconstitutional conditions at Rikers Island during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Chang is an active member of the Federal Bar Council, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association, where is she is also a member of the Technology, Cyber and Privacy Law Committee.

Chang earned her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, where she was a Member of the Moot Court Board and Executive Editor for the Immigration Law Competition. While in law school, Chang served as an Intern for the New York State Attorney General’s Office Bureau of Internet and Technology and the New York County Public Defender’s Office as well as a Judicial Intern in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York under Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang.  She also served on the Executive Board of New York University’s APALSA Group and OUTLaw.  Chang received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

She is fluent in Korean and proficient in Spanish.
