Shannon K. Tully is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Shannon focuses on representing consumers around the country in a variety of important and unprecedented complex matters.
Shannon has been recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer” by The National Trial Lawyers.
Before joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Shannon was an Associate at The Lanier Law Firm, where she litigated pharmaceutical and product liability cases in federal and state courts. Notably, Shannon was a member of the trial team that successfully pursued cases against Johnson & Johnson and Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc., representing hundreds of women suffering from ovarian cancer as the result of talcum powder contamination and their families. She also successfully briefed the appeal in Whelan v. Armstrong International Inc., a landmark decision by New Jersey Supreme Court that extended the law holding manufacturers responsible for asbestos-related injuries.
In addition to her active caseload, Shannon has provided pro bono services through the Rutgers Education and Health Law Clinic and the Civil Court of the City of New York’s Volunteer Lawyer for the Day Program. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
Shannon earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University, where she was Senior Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree from Ursinus College.
