Woodworth B. Winmill is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Woody focuses his practice on representing consumers around the country in a variety of important and unprecedented complex matters.
Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Woody was an Associate at Reid Collins & Tsai LLP representing plaintiffs in fraud, breach of contract, complex commercial, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to that, Woody was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Woody’s pro bono experience includes immigration, LGBTQ legal services, and public defense.
He is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
Woody earned his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a James Kent Scholar, as well as Co-Chair of the Courtroom Advocates Project. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College where he was a Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar and a Faculty Scholar.
