Connor Rutherford is a Senior Investigator in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Connor’s primary responsibilities include gathering crucial evidence for case development, ranging from securities fraud to whistleblower representation.
Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Connor was an investigative auditor at the New York City Department of Investigation, where he reviewed financial information to further investigations and conducted interviews with subjects and witnesses. Prior to this, he was a Staff Accountant at RGL Forensics, where he determined financial values of lost/recalled products and wrote timelines for frauds and thefts.
Connor earned his master’s degree in forensic accounting from the University at Albany and is currently working to obtain an M.A. in International Crime and Justice from John Jay College. He received his bachelor’s degree from Siena College.
