With more than 10 years of experience in human resources, Jennifer Cullert oversees Labaton Keller Sucharow's Human Resources Department, where responsibilities include working with Firm leadership on strategic personnel and staffing issues, managing the benefits program, and assisting the Executive Committee in the compensation and evaluation processes.
Before joining the Firm, Jennifer served as Vice President of Human Resources at Haymarket Media, Inc., where she reported directly to the company CEO and was responsible for all aspects of human resources for four domestic offices of the global media company. Prior to this position, she served as Director of Recruiting at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. She began her career with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP where she was the Manager of Professional Development and Training.
Jennifer was also the Co-Founder and President of Little Givers LLC. She was instrumental in the development and launch of this educational enrichment program that introduces pre-school aged children to philanthropy and charitable giving, which included a partnership with Whole Foods.
Jennifer received her M.A. in Social/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College, and her B.A. in Psychology from New York University, College of Arts and Sciences.
