Sinai Megibow is an Investigator in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Sinai's primary responsibilities include gathering crucial evidence for case development, ranging from securities fraud to whistleblower representation.
Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Sinai was an in-house investigator at Scott + Scott, LLP where he primarily focused on securities fraud and antitrust cases. Prior, he was the Director of Investigative Services at Conflict International, Inc. where he was the U.S. representative and conducted all aspects of investigations and due diligence consulting.
Sinai earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and was ranked eighth in his graduating class. In addition, he was a member of Order of the Coif, received Moot Court Honors, and was the Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Sinai received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Classical Studies from Tulane University.
